Tampak Siring In Gianyar Bali

Tampak Siring is a village belongs to Gianyar Regency. It is about 36 km from Denpasar. The travelers stop in this area to visit the sacred Tirta Empul spring. This spring becomes the holiest spring for Balinese people. It is located between Ubud and Kintamani. In English tirta empul means spring water.
As the holiest spring Balinese people believe that the spring has magical power and use it as holy water for their religious ceremonies. There is also a beautiful temple called Pura Tirta Empul or Tirta Empul Temple. This temple is one of the six most important temple for Balinese Hindu people. Thus, There are a lot of Balinese Hindu people throughout the island come to pray in this temple. Another interesting site in on the west of this temple is the Indonesian President palace which is built by the first Indonesian president, Soekarno.
There are some fountains on this spring that is used for bathing. Besides enjoying the beauty of its sacred temple and the holy spring, the travelers will also feel the fresh air because this site is located under the shady trees in its surrounding. They can also bathe on the fresh water of the pool. As usual, you will see offering on the fountains.
